Does your web service offer phpMyAdmin? I had a look at their site and could not deduce which user administration interface they use, such as cPanel. Looks like their own offering.
One way to proceed would be to create a new database, delete the Joomla installation, download the latest Joomla 5 source and install that. Note that most of those of us who offer help in this forum do not recommend one-click installers. With a working Joomla 5 installation you could extract data from your old database to paste into your new installation. How many articles do you have? How many images? Make a local backup of your site before starting.
